When justice-involved job seekers report being hired, we track which companies are actually giving second chances. Once enough people confirm being hired after a conviction, that employer is added to our database.

Each job post shows how many people have reported being hired by that employer after a felony, so you and your clients can see which companies have a proven track record.

Some employers also contact us directly because they want to be more intentional about fair chance hiring. They work with our team to post jobs and connect with justice-involved talent.

By combining real user data with proactive employer outreach, we make sure every employer listed is serious about second-chance hiring.

If you're using Reentry Navigator to support your clients, it's important to invite them using the "Invite Clients" feature in your dashboard, not just by telling them to sign up at HonestJobs.com.

When you invite clients through your dashboard:

• It creates a direct connection between your account and theirs.
  

• You’ll be able to see their profile, resume, and job application history.
  

• You can make referrals to jobs and reentry resources based on their needs.
  

• You’ll also be able to track their activity, including which jobs they've viewed or applied to and when they last logged in.

Without that invitation, you won’t have access to any of these tools and won’t be able to fully support them through Reentry Navigator.
